Thermal and Electrical Design Options
PEEK is considered for connectors, cable-management parts, insulators, coil components, test fixtures and high-temperature electronics hardware. It combines dimensional stability and chemical resistance with grade-dependent electrical behavior.
Insulating or Conductive
Unfilled PEEK and many GF30 grades provide electrical insulation and are common starting points for connector and insulator designs. CF30 is electrically conductive and should not be used where isolation is required. Published dielectric or resistivity values must be checked against the exact supplied grade, frequency, temperature, humidity and test method.
From Prototype to Repeat Production
GUNUOFENG can supply stock for customer machining, CNC-machined components from drawing, or review injection-molded projects. Send voltage, creepage and clearance requirements, temperature, mechanical load, chemicals, flammability requirement, dimensions and quantity. UL94 references are grade- and thickness-specific; the website will not imply a UL listing for an unspecified product.
We will confirm the material designation, manufacturing route and available documents in the quotation. The buyer is responsible for final electrical safety testing and approval of the assembled product.
