PEEK is considered for test sockets, wafer-handling components, insulators, chamber-related parts, fixtures and precision equipment components because it combines mechanical strength, chemical resistance and performance at elevated temperature. GUNUOFENG supplies stock shapes and accepts drawings for CNC-machined semiconductor equipment parts.
Select Electrical Behavior Carefully
Unfilled PEEK and GF30 are common starting points where electrical insulation matters. GF30 adds stiffness and dimensional stability but may be abrasive. CF30 offers much higher stiffness and improved heat transfer, yet it is electrically conductive and therefore unsuitable for insulating duties. Material choice must follow the actual electrical, thermal, dimensional and chemical conditions.
Define Cleanliness and Inspection
Semiconductor applications may require particle control, traceability, tight tolerances or specific cleaning and packaging. These capabilities are not implied by a general material page.
