From Drawing Review to Documented Delivery
GUNUOFENG reviews PEEK stock-shape and custom-part inquiries against the actual drawing, material grade, quantity, operating conditions and documentation requirements. The purpose of this page is to define the review process clearly—not to imply equipment, certification or tolerance capabilities that have not been confirmed for an order.
Manufacturing Routes Reviewed Per Project
Custom PEEK components may be evaluated for CNC turning, CNC milling, drilling, threading and drawing-based finishing. Injection molding can also be considered where repeat demand justifies tooling and process development. The selected route depends on geometry, annual volume, tolerance, surface requirements and the required PEEK grade.
No machine-axis configuration, equipment model or maximum working envelope is claimed here until it is supported by a verified equipment record. Send the drawing for a project-specific capability confirmation.
Thermal Conditioning and Stress Management
PEEK stock shapes may contain residual stress from their manufacturing and cooling history. Parts involving heavy material removal, thin walls, large flat surfaces or tight geometric tolerances may require staged machining, thermal stabilization or an intermediate stress-relief review.
Annealing is not an automatic requirement for every PEEK part. The grade, stock history, geometry, wall thickness and final tolerance must be evaluated together. When thermal conditioning is included in a quotation, the agreed process scope and any required records will be stated before production.
Inspection Planning
Inspection begins with the drawing. Identify functional datums, critical dimensions, fits, geometric tolerances, surface roughness and the required sampling level. General dimensions may be checked with suitable dimensional instruments. Complex geometry or GD&T characteristics may require CMM inspection when confirmed in the quotation.
Material certification, applicable upstream RoHS/REACH documents and dimensional inspection reports can be requested. Availability and report format are confirmed for the actual material and order; they are not automatically included with every shipment.
Evidence-Based Capability Policy
GUNUOFENG does not currently publish unverified equipment lists, calibration claims or certification badges. Future equipment photographs and capability tables will identify the real machine model, working envelope, inspection method and verification status. ISO logos will be displayed only after a valid certificate and its scope have been reviewed.
This policy gives purchasing and engineering teams a clear boundary between general manufacturing information and the capability accepted for their project.
