Products — From Stock Shape to Finished Part
Choose rod, sheet or tube for machining, or ask for a finished component. Reference inquiry ranges are Ø5–200 mm for rod, 5–120 mm for sheet thickness, and OD25–425 mm for tube with a customized inner diameter. Other sizes may be available on request. These ranges reflect common market supply and must be confirmed for the selected grade and quantity.
Material Selection — Three Core Grades
Unfilled PEEK offers balanced toughness, chemical resistance and electrical insulation. GF30 increases stiffness and dimensional stability but may be more abrasive to mating surfaces. CF30 provides much higher modulus and improved heat transfer, while its electrical conductivity makes it unsuitable for insulation duties.
