From Drawing to Finished PEEK Component
GUNUOFENG supplies CNC-machined PEEK components for prototypes, replacement parts and production orders. Typical geometries include bushings, rings, seals, fixtures, insulators, valve components, wafer-handling parts and precision mechanical components. We machine from unfilled PEEK, GF30 and CF30 stock selected for the application and drawing.
Design Review Before Quotation
Upload a PDF drawing and, where available, a STEP model. Identify critical tolerances, datum structure, threads, surface finish, inspection points and required quantity. Add service temperature, load, wear conditions, mating material, chemical exposure and electrical requirements. This information helps us review thin walls, sharp internal corners, fiber-filled material behavior and the most suitable stock shape.
Grade and Machining Trade-Offs
Unfilled PEEK offers toughness and cleaner insulating behavior. GF30 and CF30 improve stiffness and dimensional stability, but fiber-filled grades are less ductile and can affect tool wear and edge quality. Carbon-filled PEEK is conductive. Very tight tolerances may require stress management, controlled fixturing and inspection at a defined temperature. Capability is confirmed against the actual geometry; no universal tolerance is promised.
Material identity or upstream compliance documents can be quoted for the selected grade. Inspection scope, sampling and reports must be agreed before production. We reply to complete drawing inquiries within 24 hours.
