Production Parts in High-Performance PEEK
Injection molding can be an efficient route for repeated PEEK components when annual volume justifies tooling and process development. GUNUOFENG accepts inquiries for unfilled PEEK, GF30 and CF30 molded parts. Each project is reviewed for material selection, tooling, shrinkage, gate location, wall thickness, fiber orientation and inspection requirements before price and lead time are confirmed.
What to Send
Provide a 3D model, dimensioned drawing, target grade, color, annual demand, order quantity and application conditions. Mark critical dimensions, cosmetic surfaces, allowable gate and ejector locations, and any assembly interfaces. If an existing mold is involved, include mold drawings, machine requirements and sample history where available.
Design and Material Considerations
PEEK requires substantially higher processing temperatures than many common engineering plastics. Mold design and thermal control must suit the selected resin. Reinforced grades offer greater stiffness but have lower elongation, and fiber orientation can create directional shrinkage. This is why prototype sampling and dimensional validation are more reliable than applying a generic shrinkage value to every part.
