PEEK tube and hollow stock can reduce raw-material consumption and machining time for bushings, sleeves, rings, seals and annular components. Instead of boring a large center hole from solid rod, buyers can select an outer diameter and inner diameter closer to the finished geometry. GUNUOFENG accepts inquiries for a reference range of OD25–425 mm (0.98–16.73 in) with customized inner diameter. Final OD, ID, wall thickness, straightness, length and grade availability are confirmed during quotation.
Grades and Applications
Unfilled PEEK tube provides balanced toughness, chemical resistance and insulation for fluid handling, electrical and general engineering uses. GF30 may improve stiffness and dimensional stability for structural sleeves, although its abrasiveness should be considered. CF30 is suited to high-stiffness and heat-dissipating components but is electrically conductive. Bearing-grade tube or bushing stock is sourced or customized only after application review.
Quote the Finished Geometry
For raw tube, send OD, ID, length, grade, color and quantity. For a finished bushing or seal component, send the drawing, fits, tolerances, surface finish, operating temperature, pressure, speed, mating material and chemical medium. These details help determine whether tube, rod or a custom near-net form is the most economical starting point.
