Clearly Defined Non-Implant Scope
GUNUOFENG accepts inquiries for PEEK components used in non-implant medical equipment, surgical instrument assemblies, tool handles, sterilizable fixtures and manufacturing aids. The website does not offer implant-grade, implantable or long-term body-contact positioning.
Steam and Chemical Exposure
PEEK is widely considered where components face hot water, steam sterilization or cleaning chemicals. Performance depends on the exact grade, temperature, cycle count, stress and chemical concentration. Buyers should provide the sterilization method, maximum temperature, number of cycles, cleaning agents, load and dimensional requirements. A general statement about PEEK does not validate a finished device.
Quality and Documentation Boundaries
GUNUOFENG does not claim ISO 13485 certification. FDA-compliant upstream resin grades may be discussed on request, but this does not make the company or finished component “FDA certified.” Any material identity, biocompatibility, traceability, cleaning, packaging or validation requirement must be stated before quotation and supported by the actual supply chain.
Send a dimensioned drawing and intended use. We will review grade, manufacturing route and available documents, and will decline or qualify requirements outside the confirmed scope.
